Golden Week update: We rode our bikes here today...
We took a 12 mile (roundtrip) bike ride today to Sakai on our new bikes along with Ben and Leila. "Sakai is known for its keyhole-shaped burial mounds, or kofun, which date from the 5th century. -Wikipedia"

wow, from couch to 12 miles. very impressive! It looks like a really nice ride too. I love the spring.
ReplyDeleteyeah, it was 12 miles of city riding so it didn't feel bad at all... although I would much rather be riding on a river path, this was pretty fun!
